Is so crazy.I think that I have mentioned before that our Boston Terrier, Bodie, is the most emotional canine that I know. I feel like I have an adolescent teenager on my hands. It's that bad.
So after I came home from work yesterday, Rob and I sat down on the floor and started talking, and one of the first things he said to me was, "So Bodie and I had a weird play session a little while ago". Words cannot explain what really happened. We are going to attempt to take a video of it sometime, but basically he acts a lot like a sneaky horse....if you can imagine what that would be like. I was laughing my butt off, because all the while, as Robby told me about this little play session they had together, Bodie sat right in between us with his butt facing me, staring at Robby, with one paw on Robby's leg. Like they were having some emotional connection at that very moment. So at this point, I was wanting Robby to play with Bodie again so that I could see what one of their 'weird play sessions' was like. But, Bodie refused to show ANY sign of excitement or happiness. What a jerk, right?

So this morning, Robby got up and started getting ready for work, and I heard the prancing of little feet. Then Robby said the magic words, "You need to go potty?", and then he let Bodie out to do his business. This is all extremely unusual for our little friend. He will not get out of his little dog bed in the morning unless I yell his name like four times, and on the fifth time with a little fierceness, or unless I come and rip his covers off of him. (Yes...he gets tucked into his dog bed at night, with blankets, or he won't stay put)

Well, Robby came in and said goodbye to me as he usually does, and I started to drift back to sleep....but not for long. Again, I hear little prancing feet, but this time circling my bed. So I say his name groggily, and he jumps up, and sits right in front of my face. Usually he just lays down and will go to sleep, but not today. He just sat in the same spot, seriously an inch from my face, and hovered over me, staring...a little creepy, right?

My alarm went off, so I got out of bed, and looked back at him, and he had a crazy look in his eye, and is crouched down with paws in front, butt in the air, just starting at me. So I said, "What do you want?", which caused him to get even more excited, so he jumped off the bed and ran into the hall, got in the same position, and stared some more. I asked him the magic potty question, and he remained still, so I asked him again what he wanted, and he still just sat there. So. Weird.
It was time to get ready for work. I hopped in the shower, and not surprisingly, I could hear Bodie running back and forth in the hallway. Yeah......what a weirdo. I can understand dog's have their 'moments' every now and again, but it's like he's having a 'moment' like 5 or more times a day!

None of these pictures are from today's events, they are all from previous 'moments'.
He is such a cutie! I love Bodie! Foxy right now is in her terrible two's i think :) She doesn't listen at all hardly, she has selective hearing ha ha, but she's still a good pup.
