I now have less than a month to plan her ONE YEAR OLD birthday party, and I am in utter disbelief. Let me repeat that. ONE. YEAR. OLD. Where did this tiny baby go?
The funny thing about it is, I thought the more time went by the more like a 'mother' I would feel. Like one day I would just wake up and be a MOM. Still, almost a year later, I can't help but think, "Did I really cook up that perfect little (well BIG now) human being inside my body, and push her out of my lady parts??" I think all of those motherly instincts slowly sinking in, but I just can't grasp the miracle of creating such a perfect little human. And that little human is MINE. All mine.
Ok, enough of my babbling. I know what you're all here for. It's cute baby time.
What I am loving most about my little 11 month-er, is her ability to mimic.
She mimics facial expressions, gestures (like waving and shaking her head), and some words. I swear, it happened overnight. She woke up one morning just mimicking Robby and I.
Caydence is also REALLY good at the art of fake crying. Oh my goodness. She can fake cry over ANYTHING. Little manipulator.
