So Lost Without you.....

Well I think that most of you know, because of my whining and complaining, that Robby was gone on a hunting trip for nine days at the Book Cliffs with our brother-in-law (cate's husband) Chris. It really is funny how you can take advantage of seeing eachother on a day-to-day basis. After being married for almost 4 years, (October 8th, coming quick!), I'm not really sure what I would do without Robby. I got to experience what it would be like to not have him and it really makes me appreciate everything that he does for me.

#1 He takes care of the "Children".
Since I've started school, my life has been busier than ever, and I don't usually have time to spend with our dogs. Robby always feeds and waters them and let's them go potty when they need too, when I'm off trying to be educated. Having to do it all on my own while he was gone, was a serious task. I had to plan out my days to make sure I was home so that my dogs wouldn't have to suffer. Much thanks, to mom and dad Davis for feeding Nestle when I couldn't get to her. I am really upset at one of my children at this time.....that is another story.

#2 Entertainment
Those of you who don't know Rob that well, he is a serious comedian and a tease. When he's not teasing me about his "girlfriend" and their five dogs,(but I also have another husband that lives in a cave at UVU so we're even ;) ) he keeps me laughing non-stop. In his absence, even though I had my Bodie, the house was so quite and boring. It felt like I was in a funeral home. Whenever I'm home, Robby is almost always home, so to not have him there made it much worse!I cannot even explain how that alone, made me miss him so much!

#3 He is my helper. :)
Robby is pretty much the best husband ever. If I need help with anything around the house he is always willing to do it. Sometimes he'll even do it on his own! Whether it's doing dishes, vacuuming, or bringing up the laundry from down-stairs he'll always lend a helping hand. Although...he now refuses to fold the laundry because I have to have it folded my "special way". But I'll give him that. So as you can imagine....the house was a mess most of the time while he was away...because I didn't have time to do it until the weekend.

#4 Loves
Even though Rob won't admit it and no one else probably sees it, but he is a softee at heart. He loves to get loves from me, and I love to give him loves. The love-o-meter was running very low after 9 days and I was feeling quite deprived.

So pretty much, I have decided that, really, I have no life without you Robby Davis. You are my one and only, my one man show, and my forever. I love you very much!

I actually did have some fun with my Dad and Lori while Rob was away....so it wasn't all sorrow and pain. Anyway,I will be posting some pics of Rob's trip a little later. So tune in next time for....Bear Encounters of the Close Kind!
