State Fair

So over the weekend, I used up all of my tomatos and made salsa with my mom. It took 6 hours, but overall I think it was worth it. I got 22 jars out of my batch, pretty good. :) It even tastes good! On Sunday Rob and I decided to go to the State Fair. It was pretty warm that day, but we had a good time. I also found out that Rob had never been before, so even more of a reason to go. Here are some pics:

The rabbits have always been my FAVORITE part of the whole fair. Even though they have huge signs now warning you not to stick your fingers in the cages......I did it anyway....:) They're just so cute!

It did take long for Robby to find his niche at the fair. I don't think it matters where we are, if there is something with four wheels, (more often just two) and an engine, we're bound to run into it. It's like a sixth sense I think.....

This is the biggest squash I think that I have ever seen!

The famous butter scuplture! It just goes to show that art has no boundaries!
