I got a scooter! Rob decided that he wants be to be his riding Buddie, but didn't think I was quite ready for a full-on motorcycle. Especially since I've never ridden one...and it frightens me a bit. So he got me a Piaggio. It is the next best thing compared to a Vespa. I do have to get my motorcycle endorsement, so pretty soon I will be going to take the written test, and then the riding test, (SCARY!). I did however, take it for my first ride around the neighborhood. Robby has just been taking me down to the church parking lot to practice. So it was pretty exciting to actually ride on the road, out in the open. Haha. Here is a pic of me and the scoot:
She's pretty cute eh?Last Saturday, Rob and I took a ride up the Nebo loop to pass some time. With all of the crazy rain that we've been having, it doesn't leave us with much to do. Here are a few pics from out little trip. It was freezing by the way...it was more like winter up there than June.
