You can just call me "pillowcase".

(Ok...I originally wrote this last year, and for some reason, I never published it. So when I read the title, and saw it just sitting in my drafts...I HAD to post it. Enjoy!)

So last night Robby was teasing me by pulling away my pillow every time I moved, and it reminded me of a funny story.

It involves me, Whitney, and "pillowcase".

When our family was younger, Mom and Dad would take on lots of trips, so we spent a lot of time traveling in the car. I was always the last one to fall asleep, and occasionally Whitney would be awake. On one such occasion, it was dark, and we must of been driving somewhere pretty far because we had our pillows in the car. So I leaned my head against the door or the car, pretended I was asleep, and then put the pillow in between Whitney and I. Slowly, I put my hand inside the corner of the pillowcase and made a puppet with my hand. Then I whispered to Whitney, "Whitney.......are you awake?" She proceeded to ask me how I knew her name, and what my name was. I said, "You can just call me pillowcase". To make it seem like "pillowcase" was real, I would pop my head up every now and again and say, "Who are you talking to Whitney?", and "fall asleep" again. I think there may have been another character in this little game, but I can't quite remember. Pillowcase came to "visit" at least a dozen times. Even though I was being sneeky, I always thought that Whitney knew it was me. Come to find out...she did know it was me, and she just played along anyway. LOL.

Talking pillowcases.....Geez...Well if you didn't know it before, I am crazy, and I will be the first person to admit it!
